Review by hotel critic
The hotel's culinary offerings were a highlight of my stay, with a delightful breakfast at the Bûtenpleats restaurant setting the tone for a day of culinary exploration. From the moment I stepped into the quaint and cozy café corner, the Syls-Inn, situated directly at the harbor, I knew I was in for a treat. The real Barista coffee paired with a scrumptious piece of cake was the perfect start to my day. The attention to detail in both presentation and taste truly showcased the hotel's commitment to culinary innovation. My dining experience continued to impress at Cafe & Restaurant De Smidte, where I savored a refreshing drink while taking in the picturesque views. The friendly staff and welcoming ambiance made it a memorable meal. The hotel's culinary delights and cozy atmosphere at every dining establishment provided a delightful touch to my stay in Workum. For food enthusiasts like myself, this hotel is a definite must-visit for a gourmet experience that will leave you craving more.
